Andrew est un jeune homme bien dans ses baskets. A vingt-et-un ans, il vit avec son fr\u00e8re Josh, quinze ans, et leur p\u00e8re. M\u00e9canicien dans un garage, il aime sortir avec ses potes et son meilleur ami et coll\u00e8gue, Tanner. A la mort subite de leur p\u00e8re, Andrew perd son insouciance. Il doit lutter pour \u00e9lever Josh et le fait d\u2019\u00eatre homosexuel lui fait un peu peur. Abandonnant leur r\u00eave de faire un road trip ensemble, Tanner part seul. Dix ans plus tard, Tanner revient en ville et son attirance pour Andrew est toujours tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente.

Andrew est m\u00e9canicien dans un garage. A vingt-et-un ans, il a des r\u00eaves plein la t\u00eate, comme partir en road trip avec Tanner son meilleur ami. A la mort de son p\u00e8re, il est propuls\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte, et doit s\u2019occuper de Josh, son petit fr\u00e8re. Pour cela, Andrew s\u2019enferme dans sa bulle et repousse Tanner, qu\u2019il aime secr\u00e8tement.

Tanner est tr\u00e8s proche d\u2019Andrew et de Josh. Quand les gar\u00e7ons perdent leur papa, il les \u00e9paulent et les aident autant qu\u2019il le peut. Le rapprochement qui s\u2019op\u00e8re avec Andrew le ravit mais rapidement, Andrew se ferme et le rejette.
Tanner pr\u00e9f\u00e8re partir et revient apr\u00e8s dix ans d\u2019absence. Il esp\u00e8re qu\u2019Andrew acceptera de le revoir.

Aussi beau que le premier \u00e9pisode.

Souviens toi, petit poulet, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup aim\u00e9 l\u2019histoire de Josh et de Charlie. Andrew tenait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sa place dans l\u2019histoire et voici que le tome 2 lui offre l\u2019occasion de se d\u00e9voiler.

Nous d\u00e9couvrons Andrew jeune adulte, tr\u00e8s proche de son fr\u00e8re et de leur papa. Au d\u00e9c\u00e8s de celui-ci, Andrew tente de s\u2019en sortir avec son nouveau r\u00f4le de tuteur. Conserver la garde de son fr\u00e8re est primordiale et si pour cela, il faut cacher le fait qu\u2019il est homosexuel, oublier le road trip pr\u00e9vu avec Tanner et plus que tout, cacher ses sentiments pour son meilleur ami, alors soit.
<\/p>

Ce tome est tr\u00e8s sentimental. Andrew se d\u00e9voue corps et \u00e2me pour son fr\u00e8re et c\u2019est extr\u00eamement touchant. Il s\u2019oublie compl\u00e8tement, se donnant enti\u00e8rement dans ce r\u00f4le de p\u00e8re de substitution et on a mal pour lui, et pour son amour naissant pour Tanner. Beaucoup beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9motions se d\u00e9gagent de ce tome et j\u2019ai vraiment au mal au c\u0153ur pour Andrew et Tanner.

Tanner est tr\u00e8s digne dans son r\u00f4le de meilleur ami. Il aide Andrew du mieux qu\u2019il peut et j\u2019ai aim\u00e9 qu\u2019il d\u00e9voile ses sentiments \u00e0 Andrew. Ce rendez vous manque m\u2019a serr\u00e9 le c\u0153ur et je n\u2019ai eu de cesse de tourner les pages pour \u00eatre certaine qu\u2019ils allaient avoir leur deuxi\u00e8me chance. Le roman se divise en deux partie et j\u2019ai ador\u00e9 chacune d\u2019elles.

L\u2019\u00e9criture de l\u2019auteure est tr\u00e8s touchante et subtile. Les personnages sont tr\u00e8s attachants et on a mal pour eux. Ce r\u00e9cit intervient avant puis apr\u00e8s les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du tome 1 et c\u2019\u00e9tait g\u00e9nial de voir que toute la bande est toujours l\u00e0 ! D\u2019ailleurs, le tome 3 aura pour h\u00e9ros Simon et Patrick, qui semble \u00eatre harcel\u00e9 par un sombre individu.
